2. Before starting to fill out the application form please keep the DD number/SBICollect Ref No obtained from the bank ready.
Payment of Rs 100 can be done by two ways:
i) Payment can be made by SBI Collect by visiting https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm State of Corporation / Institution: Andhra Pradesh; Type of Corporation / Institution: Educational Institutions; Educational Institutions Name: Sri Sathya Sai Central trust SSS Higher Secondary; Select Payment Category: Application Fee; Fill in Student details such as Name, Class Applied for, Mobile no, Amount and submit. On successful completion of the transaction, you will be able to get a reference number, kindly enter that number while filling the form. Leave the application number blank while filling details.
ii) By obtaining a DD for Rs 100 in the name of Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary school, Prasanthinilayam (SBIN0002786). Kindly enter the DD number in the form.
3. Application issue date 01-01-2020 to 31-01-2020
4. Last date for submission is 20-02-2020 (Submission date can be reduced)
5. Entrance test will be conducted in the last week of April.
6. Aadhar no is mandatory.
7. Only one application per student is permitted.
8. Attachments to be submitted along with application
a) Application form (Original)
b) Test CONFIRMATION/REJECTION CARD (Original)
c) Aadhaar card (Xerox copy)
d) Class VIII, IX Annual & X Half yearly attested copies
e) Rs. 10 self addressed postal stamp cover (cover size 28cm x 12cm)
